For our out-of-town guests, we recommend checking flights into Reagan National Airport (DCA), as it is the closest and most convenient option to our venue and hotels. Dulles International Airport (IAD) is also a great option, though it is a bit further away.

Here is how to get to our room-blocked hotels from both airports:

Flying into Reagan National Airport (DCA)

By Rideshare/Taxi: DCA is just a short, 15-minute Uber, Lyft, or taxi ride to both of our hotels.

By Metro: DCA has its own Metro station right at the terminal.

To The Mayflower Hotel: Take the Blue Line (towards Downtown Largo) or Yellow Line (towards Mount Vernon Square) and ride it to Farragut West or Farragut North—both are just a 2-block walk to the hotel.

To The Dupont Circle Hotel: Take the Yellow Line (towards Mount Vernon Square), change trains at Gallery Place-Chinatown to the Red Line (towards Shady Grove), and exit at Dupont Circle.

Flying into Dulles International Airport (IAD)

By Rideshare/Taxi: Dulles is about a 45-minute Uber, Lyft, or taxi ride from downtown DC, depending on traffic.

By Metro: Dulles is connected to the city via the Silver Line. You can board right at the airport and ride it directly into the city, though be prepared for a long ride.

To The Mayflower Hotel: Ride the Silver Line directly to the Farragut West station (about a 50-minute ride), which is a short 2-block walk to the hotel.

To The Dupont Circle Hotel: Ride the Silver Line to Metro Center, then transfer to the Red Line (towards Shady Grove) and exit at Dupont Circle (about a 60-minute total ride).

If you plan on driving or renting a car, please note that overnight parking in downtown DC can be expensive. Both of our room-blocked hotels offer convenient, 24-hour valet parking with in-and-out privileges, though rates are subject to change:

The Mayflower Hotel: Valet parking is available for $73 per night (inclusive of tax). Please note: The parking garage has a max vehicle clearance of 6 feet and cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or RVs.

The Dupont Circle Hotel: Valet parking is available for $65 per night.
